Parsley And Baked Bean Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
- 1 cup baked beans
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped finely
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- 2 grease a 9" by 5" by 3" loaf pan and set aside
- 3 measure all dry ingredients into a medium size bowl and put aside
- 4 in a large bowl combine milk, eggs, parsley, ginger and beans together with a wire whisk
- 5 slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined
- 6 pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes in preheated oven
- 7 wait for 5 minutes and then loosen from loaf pan to cool on wire rack.
