Peach Crisp

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (or canned peaches can be used)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup liquid honey
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup soft butter

Recipe

  • 1 place peaches in a 9 inch square pan.
  • 2 sprinkle with lemon juice and then drizzle with honey.
  • 3 in medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients using a pastry blender or fork.
  • 4 sprinkle mixture evenly over peaches.
  • 5 bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
