- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl; beat on high speed 3 to 5 minutes or until very well mixed.
- 3 pour into pastry shell.
- 4 bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
