One-pan Pantry Pot Pie

Ingredients

- 10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of celery soup
- 10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 (16 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cornish hen, cooked
Recipe
- 1 strip meat of game hen from the bone; combine with soups, milk, vegetables, seasonings in a 9" x 13" baking pan.
- 2 unroll defrosted puff pastry and place on top of mixture.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
