- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375f.
- 2 place the peaches in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. in a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- 3 cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
- 4 spread mixture over peaches.
- 5 bake for about 30 minutes.
