Peachy Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375f.
  • 2 place the peaches in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. in a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3 cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
  • 4 spread mixture over peaches.
  • 5 bake for about 30 minutes.
