Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 cups cut-up rhubarb
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 9" pan. combine eggs, flour and sugar. pour over rhubarb. for topping: combine butter, brown sugar, flour, salt and baking powder, using a pastry blender until consistency is that of coarse crumbs. sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
