Ingredients

- 3 cups rhubarb, 1
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except butter or margarine.
- 2 line a 9" pie plate with orange pastry.
- 3 fill with rhubarb mixture and dot with the butter or margarine.
- 4 top with lattice crust.
- 5 bake at 400 degrees 40 to 50 minutes.
- 6 serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
