Rhubarb Pie Ii

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 3 cups rhubarb, 1
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 dash salt
• 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, grated
• 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients except butter or margarine.
• 2 line a 9" pie plate with orange pastry.
• 3 fill with rhubarb mixture and dot with the butter or margarine.
• 4 top with lattice crust.
• 5 bake at 400 degrees 40 to 50 minutes.
• 6 serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
