Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 cups rhubarb, cut in 1" slices (1 lb)
- 1/4 cup enriched flour
- 1 9" pastry crust with lattice top
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 blend sugar, flour, nutmeg.
- 2 beat into eggs.
- 3 add rhubarb.
- 4 line 9" pie plate with pastry; fill; dot with butter.
- 5 top with lattice crust.
- 6 bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
- 7 cool.
