Swedish Peach Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 cups sliced sliced fresh skinned peaches
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 four cups of peaches is about five.
