Ingredients
- 3 english cucumbers
- 2 cups boursin cheese
- 1/3 lb smoked salmon, cut into thin strips (1/2 inch long)
Recipe
- 1 slice cucumbers into ½ inch rounds.
- 2 with a melon baller, scoop out the center of each round, leaving bottom intact, to make shallow cups.
- 3 using a pastry bag or spoon, fill cucumber cavities with cheese and top each with a strip of salmon.
