Million Dollar Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust (see above nut crust recipe)
• 16 ounces whipped topping
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup maraschino cherry, chopped

Recipe

• 1 in a medium bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and mix well.
• 2 fold in remaining ingredients one at a time, mixing well.
• 3 mound mixture into pie crust.
• 4 freeze until firm (2 to 3 hours).
• 5 let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving pie.
