Spinach And Feta Filo Triangles

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) packet frozen spinach, defrosted
- 4 shallots, sliced
- 150 g greek feta cheese, drained
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 18 sheets phyllo pastry
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c squeeze excess moisture from spinach.
- 2 combine with remaining ingredients.
- 3 place a sheet of 'filo' pastry on the bench. spray lightly with the olive oil spray.
