Mini Quiches

Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, cut into 16 squares
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml cream
- 125 g room temp philadelphia cream cheese
- 50 g ham, diced
- 1/4 red onion
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
- 2 press pastry into mini muffin tins.
- 3 mix eggs,cream and cheese together until combined.
- 4 add in ham and onion mix together.
- 5 spoon mix into pastry then bake in oven for approx 20 mins or until browned and puffy.
- 6 remove from tins asap or they will go soggy place on wire rack.
