Mini Quiches

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, cut into 16 squares
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml cream
  • 125 g room temp philadelphia cream cheese
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 1/4 red onion

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
  • 2 press pastry into mini muffin tins.
  • 3 mix eggs,cream and cheese together until combined.
  • 4 add in ham and onion mix together.
  • 5 spoon mix into pastry then bake in oven for approx 20 mins or until browned and puffy.
  • 6 remove from tins asap or they will go soggy place on wire rack.
