Mrs. Spugnardi's Pecan Tarts

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 mix sugars and flour.
  • 3 beat in eggs throughly.
  • 4 add milk and vanilla.
  • 5 add melted slightly cooled butter.
  • 6 add pecans.
  • 7 pour in to pastry tart shells.
  • 8 bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • 9 cool on rack for at least 10 minutes to set the filling.
