Mrs. Spugnardi's Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup pecans
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 mix sugars and flour.
- 3 beat in eggs throughly.
- 4 add milk and vanilla.
- 5 add melted slightly cooled butter.
- 6 add pecans.
- 7 pour in to pastry tart shells.
- 8 bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 9 cool on rack for at least 10 minutes to set the filling.
