Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups rice milk (or other dairy-free milk)
- 2 tablespoons safflower oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
- 2 whisk together wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- 3 whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined (lumps are okay).
- 4 pour batter onto preheated, nonstick pan until browned, then flip.
