Skinny B**** Basic Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups rice milk (or other dairy-free milk)
  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
  • 2 whisk together wet ingredients in separate bowl.
  • 3 whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined (lumps are okay).
  • 4 pour batter onto preheated, nonstick pan until browned, then flip.
