Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 lb lard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4-1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients together and then mix in lard in chunks, using a fork or hand pastry blender.
- 2 add milk.
- 3 continue working with fork until just blended.
- 4 roll out and fill pie plates as needed.
