Perfect Pie Crust (no Fail)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour (gold medal or robin hood)
  • 1 1/2 cups crisco
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 5 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 blend flour, crisco and salt until crumbly (use a pastry blender).
  • 2 in a separate bowl, beat egg, add water and vinegar.
  • 3 moisten flour mixture with this and separate into three sections.
  • 4 roll out for single crust.
  • 5 this recipe makes three single crusts.
  • 6 very flaky every time.
