Peruvian Hot Puffs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar sweet bell peppers in hot vinegar sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 thaw puff pastry per package directions.
  • 3 prepare a half or quarter sheet pan with parchment paper to fit.
  • 4 spread the pastry out on work surface, with a pastry cutter divide into 12 equal squares.
  • 5 prick each square with a fork so it doesn’t puff too much during baking.
  • 6 top with the marinated peppers.
  • 7 sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  • 8 depending on your oven, bake for 15-25 minutes, until the pastry is lightly golden brown.
  • 9 serve hot or warm.
