Pumpkin Melt In Your Mouth Biscuits

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/3 cup butter, cold
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees f.
  • 2 sift flour into mixing bowl.
  • 3 stir in remaining dry ingredients.
  • 4 cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
  • 5 stir in pumpkin and milk to form a soft dough.
  • 6 roll out on floured surface to1/2-inch thickness.
  • 7 cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter.
  • 8 place on greased baking sheet.
  • 9 bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
