Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/3 cup butter, cold
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees f.
- 2 sift flour into mixing bowl.
- 3 stir in remaining dry ingredients.
- 4 cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
- 5 stir in pumpkin and milk to form a soft dough.
- 6 roll out on floured surface to1/2-inch thickness.
- 7 cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter.
- 8 place on greased baking sheet.
- 9 bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
