Crepes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted fat-free margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • butter flavored pam cooking spray, 4 sprays

Recipe

  • 1 pour flour, baking powder, and salt trough a "cedazo" into a mixing bowl.
  • 2 add milk and stir with hand batidor.
  • 3 add melted butter and eggs.
  • 4 cook at low heat in a pam-sprayed non-stick pan.
  • 5 enjoy.
