Spinach-cheddar-bacon Quiche

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 9 inches unbaked pastry shells
Recipe
- 1 drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible. toss cheese with flour. add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well. pour into pastry shell. bake at 350 for 1 hour. garish with additional bacon, if desired.
