Spinach-cheddar-bacon Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 9 inches unbaked pastry shells

Recipe

  • 1 drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible. toss cheese with flour. add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well. pour into pastry shell. bake at 350 for 1 hour. garish with additional bacon, if desired.
