Creamy Lemon Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 baked pastry shells (8 or 9 ounce)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups cool whip or 2 cups sweetened whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 in bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  • 2 pour intro pastry shell and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
  • 3 cool, chill and then spread with cool whip/whipped cream.
