• sugar cookie
• lemon curd
• fresh fruit

Recipe

• 1 top the sugar cookies with lemon curd and arrange fresh fruit on top.
• 2 could be done with puff pastry, small cooked pie crusts or anything else your imagination can conjure.
• 3 found the cooking light recipe and it was a big 12" sugar cookie. it had raspberry jam under the lemon curd with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and plum. it was then broiled for 3 minutes.
