Mincemeat Almond Pie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shells
  • 1 (27 ounce) jar mincemeat, regular
  • 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
  • 3/4 cup almonds, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 place rack in lowest position in oven, then preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 in medium bowl, combine mincemeat & amaretto.
  • 3 pour into pastry shell.
  • 4 top with almonds.
  • 5 bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  • 6 serve warm or cooled.
