Pastry Crust

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter (2 stix)
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cups sifted flour

Recipe

  • 1 work butter and cream cheese into flour. chill overnight.
  • 2 roll 1/2 of the dough into a ball and flatten into the pie plate with your fingers.
  • 3 bake in a 350 degree over for 10-15 minutes or until it starts to brown. keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
