Easy Cinnamon Raisin-swirl Bread

Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed (1 pound)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins (can use more)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (icing)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 -2 tablespoon whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 on a lightly floured surface, roll thawed bread dough into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
- 2 with a pastry brush, paint the dough with 1-1/2 tablespoons water.
- 3 sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon evenly over the dough; top with raisins.
- 4 roll up tightly jelly-roll fashion, beginning on the 12-inch side.
- 5 seal all seams and ends.
- 6 divide rolled up dough into two separtate pieces.
- 7 twist the two pieces together to form one twisted loaf.
- 8 place the loaf into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- 9 brush dough with melted butter.
- 10 let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- 11 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 12 remove from pan to cool.
- 13 when the bread is cool, mix the glaze ingredients together, and drizzle over loaf.
- 14 slice to serve.
