Grand Pere Au Caramel (caramel Dumplings)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 for the sauce:.
