Incredible Blueberry Tea Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 cups blueberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 cream together first five ingredients (will be soupy looking).
• 3 in separate bowl mix with whisk next 3 ingredients then add to wet batter (this will be rather thick).
• 4 fold in blueberries carefully.
• 5 spread into greased 9x13-inch pan.
• 6 mix topping ingredients in a bowl and crumble with pastry blender or 2 knives until mealy.
• 7 top batter with topping and bake for 35-40 minutes.
