Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- 2 add sugar, syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, cloves and vinegar. continue tobeat utnil thoroughly blended.
- 3 stir in raisins and peanuts.
- 4 turn into pastry shell.
- 5 bake at 375 degrees fro 45 minute or until firm.
- 6 serve slightly warm or cool, with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
